How good! We’ve teamed up with the crew from We Are Explorers for an epic day getting amongst it on the Margaret River coastline.
WA local and all-round surf lord, Shanan Worrall took east coast bodyboarder, Shane Ackerman, under his west coast wing for a day to show off all the adventures on offer in this ripper part of the world. Even though waves were minimal, there was no shortage of good times.
Jumping into the 4WD and heading straight for the beach, the pair pack their day with fishing, diving for crays and jet skiing. It’s all topped off with an epic feed, a few yarns and a coupla Side Track All Day XPAs, while kicking back at camp.
“It’s so nice to be able to have such a beautiful place to be able to run around. So, no matter what the weather’s doing, we can run away, jump in the car, go down to the beach and do a bit of 4WDing and go get amongst something,” says Shanan.
There’s nothing better than a day of sun, surf and good times with the crew. That’s what getting side tracked is all about.
