Just a reminder, we don’t take bookings here at Gage Roads Freo. We’ve got plenty of space for you to just rock up, no matter how many mates you have.

Merch enquiries

We want you to be stoked with your order. But we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether it doesn’t fit, you have changed your mind, or for any other reason, we’re happy to receive the item back in ‘as new’ condition and provide you with an exchange (equal to the same amount) or refund (exclusive of original and return shipping).

How to Process a Return (Refund/Exchange)

1. Email within 14 days of delivery with these details:

  • Your order number 
  • Details of the item you would like refunded/exchanged

2. We will review your request and get back to you with next steps. If accepted, we will provide you with the address to have your item/s returned to. 

  • Returns are to be processed by postage only. 
  • Purchases made via our Online Store cannot be accepted at Gage Roads Freo; and vice versa.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in ‘as new’, unworn condition. We will not refund or exchange any item that does not meet these requirements. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please provide us with the tracking information of your return when available, so that we know it’s coming.

3. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund (exclusive of original and return shipping) to your original payment method; or dispatch your requested exchange.
