Unfortunately for those still missing The Convict, the answer is always the same: Never (probably). For those not familiar with the beer, the finished product is big in every way: Big floral and spice aromas from the Aussie hops, lots of caramel malt vibes, and huge (but balanced) bitterness. Enjoy.
