Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Gage Roads Brew Co Hub x Optus Stadium – Pick & Win promotion. Gage Roads Brew Co. is the sole promoter (“Promoter”) of this promotion.
Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Photo identification will be required for collection of the prize.
Employees of Gage Roads Brew Co. and the Operator (as defined under Privacy) and their subsidiaries and immediate families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion of this competition are ineligible to enter.
METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives customers the opportunity to go into the draw for weekly major prizes. The competition will be run weekly at Optus Stadium (each a Game).
Entries will only be accepted during each Game at Optus Stadium.
To enter, each entrant must scan the QR code on the beer cup they have purchased at each Game, select the correct answer to a question, to be able to enter their name and email address to go in the draw to win. One entry per person per Game.
Gage Roads Brew Co. and the Operator (as defined under Privacy) may utilise the customer’s email details for marketing purposes.
It is a condition of entry of this competition that all entrants must agree to these terms and conditions before being eligible for the Prize. By providing your details and entering you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
There will be 1 prize winner each week. The prize draw will be conducted following the Game/s (Prize Redemption End Date) in each given week. The prize winner will be selected at random from the entry database, and contacted directly by Gage Roads Brew Co. to coordinate prize redemption. The prize will not be available for collection at Optus Stadium.
PRIZE DETAILS AND CONDITIONS
Prize Consists of:
- 1 x carton of Gage Roads beer (Prize).
- The Prize is not redeemable for cash, transferrable, cannot be sold and must be taken as supplied.
- The winner must be over the age of 18 years, that winner must produce photo identification to redeem their Prize.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that Gage Roads Brew Co. has the right to publicise their names, characters, likeness or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The winner may also be required by Gage Roads Brew Co to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that Gage Roads Brew Co have the right to use such publicity photos, video and/or films in any medium/website and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
PRIVACY
Personal information of the contestants, including email addresses and photo identification, may be collected by the Promoter. The Promoter will disclose personal information collected from contestants to Venueslive Management Services (WA) Pty Ltd ABN 16 612 306 377 as agent for Western Australian Sports Centre Trust t/a Optus Stadium (ABN 47 894 197 015) (Operator). Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s and the Operator’s databases. The Promoter and the Operator (together the “Users”) may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding their products/services, including contacting the contestants electronically. The Users are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Operator’s privacy policy is located at https://optusstadium.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on request to the Promoter. Each aforementioned privacy policy contains information about how contestants may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the respective User holds about them and how the contestant may complain about any potential breach by the respective User of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Users obtain personal information about contestants to enable them to participate in this Promotion. If a contestant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the Promotion. Personal information collected from contestants may be disclosed by the Promoter overseas. The Operator will not disclose entrants’ personal information overseas.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from Gage Roads Brew Co., against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, accident or death and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to any negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Gage Roads Brew Co and other parties involved with the promotion accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
MISCELLANEOUS
Gage Roads Brew Co. reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time throughout the promotion.
Gage Roads Brew Co. and the Operator will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any Prize is not provided.
In all matters, all decisions of Gage Roads Brew Co., and the Operator in relation to the redemption of a Prize, will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
Gage Roads Brew Co. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who they believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct. Gage Roads Brew Co. has legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
