Our Beers
Dry-Hopped
We use a lot of hops in our beer. The big aromas and flavours you get from our craft ales come from adding hops to the beer while it’s fermenting: a process we call “dry-hopping”.
Unfiltered
We let hop and yeast particles drop out of our beer naturally as part of the fermentation process. Leaving our beer unfiltered keeps it tasting fresh and flavourful long after we bottle it.
