This spring our team at Gage Roads Freo celebrates West Australian produce, with a variety of specialty dinners showcasing some of our favourite local legends. Head to the big shed for something a little different to the usual brew pub experience.
The Story of Princi
Join us for an intimate long table dinner by the fire for our first edition featuring Fremantle’s legendary Princi Butchers. You’ll be guided through a 6 course beer-gustation with each dish paired to our Gage range, fresh from the tanks. The feast will tell the tale of the Princi family, with each course showcasing a chapter in the journey.
You’ll get a chance to meet the maker, with Joe from Princi sharing stories about sustainable paddocks and sourcing quality cuts.
Tickets are $125 pp and include a drink on arrival while you mingle by the fire.
